Have been AWOl for a while. Its hard for me to keep track of things using the internet. I have been keeping a personal food journal as well as started Herbalife. I fell of the wagon for a few weeks, but since have found the motivation to keep me going. Gym 6x a week, and eating healthier than ever. I am down 4 lbs since last time and have a much tighter grip on my goal.
