Have been AWOl for a while. Its hard for me to keep track of things using the internet. I have been keeping a personal food journal as well as started Herbalife.
I fell of the wagon for a few weeks, but since have found the motivation to keep me going.
Gym 6x a week, and eating healthier than ever.
I am down 4 lbs since last time and have a much tighter grip on my goal.

I was scared to weigh in this morning because of the horrible weekend I had. I did not want to have a cheat day until I started to see the weight loss, however, I guess when I restrict myself... I have cheat weekends!
Anyways, I got on the scale and saw that I lost 2.4 pounds. I was excited.
Nevertheless, I am going to let myself have a cheat day because my brain needs its. Ill just be sure to work out extra hard that day.

So yesterday was Halloween and I am happy that I was able to stay away from the overload of candy.
I did Insanity pretty late last night, so now I am exhausted today.
I read that in order to lose a pound a week, you need to have a 3500 calorie deficit.
Are we even able to see our food and exercise entries on a weekly basis? if so, could you fill a sista in?
I am starting shakeology November 18th. I am really excited.
My goal for the weekend is to keep my protein up, and hit the gym for those two-a-days.
I don't want this to be a chore, I want it to be a lifestyle... and I think I am on my way.
