Its been a slow loss but Im really hoping to get under the 160s this week. I would love to start the new month in the next set of 10s! Heres to hoping and working hard!!!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
