I think downhill skiing must have something to do with gaining weight. Last time I skied, I put on 6 pounds in 2 days. Skied yesterday, weight is up today. I gotta quit skiing. We had a great time though.

Worked Friday night and Saturday night. Logged LOTS of miles.

Legs are a little tired today.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
