Strep throat. But I'm still functional. A 6 hour shift at the restaurant today. Got called in for a shift last night. Downhill skiing with the family tomorrow.

171.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
