1.5 for the week not terrible. had a cheat on friday for my aniversay but just one drink and chips and queso and then had a grilled chicken and shrimp with a few of the potatos. this weeks goal is work on getting my protein ratio higher and my carb lower. if we get some nice weather would love to get a couple walks on my lunch or after work with my little girl.
