So yet again a party weekend left its mark, but not too badly. Today's 193.2 is lower than 8 of the last 10 Mondays, beaten only by the 192.4 of last week and the 193.0 of December 20. While it may appear that my weight has not changed much, the reality is that 193 is now the upper limit of the 5 pound bounce range as opposed to being the bottom. The body shape change is also notable as is my strength and conditioning. After taking a week off, I am going to begin the pushups challenge again and begin at week 4.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
