Primalkid's Journal, 23 February 2014

Performance in the gym has been really good, and I love my workouts. Strength is noticeably increasing, as is my energy levels. I'm not sure if I was bloated last week to make me 163 lbs, but I was only 161 lbs this morning and I was definitely NOT bloated. I'm starting on 5s this week for my lifts, and then I begin cycle #2 which I think will put me back into more hypertrophy oriented workouts. If so, then I may increase kcal during that time and just leave my macros as is for this week since performance has been good. I will see what Sean has to say.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
