Weight is still coming off nicely.
Managed the 11 mile walk around the local reservoir for the first time yesterday - There are several routes but on the the shortest route I cannot understand I cannot find a way through - it is a local public right of way and the footpath starts literally at the end of my road. I have tried it many times follow the signs and end up in a muddy bog with no signs or way to get into the next field. I suspect a farmer has deliberately blocked the route but not yet 100% sure.

The farmer is a known misery guts and I have already had a row with him after I accidentally got lost on another footpath on his land last week. I will try traversing it from the opposite direction in the next few days. If I still cannot find a way though I will log the issue on the district council complaints system.

Back to the diet, given that my weight loss is going well I am currently looking ahead and thinking of ramping down my 1140 calorie deficit by 25% during August by upping my daily intake. This should help enable a nice soft landing into maintenance but also simplify meal times as my portions sizes will become a little closer to normal. Comments welcome.
