Slept better, no booze, not hungry. I took a steak out of the fridge yesterday thinking I'd be starvin marvin then didn't eat it. Maybe it'll get used today.

Too late, I've eaten it! 272g of rump with mushrooms...not sure how I'm supposed to reach 2300 kcals without drinking...this explains why I've been a fatty for almost 30 years, I don't eat enough to be fat but drink enough for two people and eat all their munchies too!
