Had a 4 day trip to visit family for a weekend that involves lots of "food traditions" Brought our own prepared food that allowed us to have a taste of the meal with healthier options. One was carnival style Italian sausage. We brought our own peppers and onions with less oil and a light bread bun. They also have "Cincinnati Chili" which is chili served on top of spaghetti. We brought our own cooked spaghetti squash and mixed in 1/4 pasta, 3/4 squash. Brought our own beverages and limited beer and wine. Lots of water. As a result, enjoyed family time and actually stayed within as lb, and saw a loss today.
