Weighing in for accountability. I thought weight would be up since I had beer and chips for the first time in two weeks. I'm going to push it on the treadmilI in hopes of offsetting last nights "extra" calories. I didn't binge on alcohol or snax. For me that is a big win. Moderation truly is a practice.

171.8 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
