I'm down .6 after my first week of eating cleaner by following the Simply Filling Technique (a Weight Watchers thing).

Outside of my mid-week binge, this was an amazing food week.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you. Glad to hear you are OK too. I kind of fell down myself this week. Hubby and I went to a pitch-in/card party at our church last night and I was much too free. But I am being good and cooking again today. Here's to hoping we both lose more this week!
