I did really well yesterday till the frozen yogurt thing. I quit smoking; on day 2 for that. Probably retaining water for lady days. (tmi perhaps) I drank 6 waters yesterday and 4 the day before. Not good, but better than what I was doing. I have to concentrate on the little things: drinking more water, moving around more often, eating less pints of frozen yogurt...etc.
255.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I see that you do desk work... I find if I get a jug of water or a brita filter and chuck in some chopped up lemons and limes i'll drink it like theres no tomorrow, just because its there :-) maybe give this a go... keep up the good work!! :-)

I keep a water bottle on my desk, but once it's not cold anymore, I don't really touch it. I try freezing it...just excuses, we have ice here. But the lemon/lime thing might work. Thanks!
