2 months of hiking 5-6 times/week in the mountains. Very little ice cream, but had cookies/chips. Oatmeal almost every day for breakfast. Some kayaking but no tennis.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
