Had a great visit with my sister. Did well with food choices most of the time she was here. Meals out were a challenge as was the party we attended yesterday. I did pretty well and stayed away from most sweets in spite of gifts of cookies and candies. I am so looking forward to resuming my more measured ways so I can progress toward my goals. My knees are nearly all better now so I will add more walking to my daily routine too.J
187.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
