Two months and -30 lbs later, I'm feeling great.
It's a little weird but I'm finding it so much easier to resist snacking between meals or even avoiding bad choices when I'm out with friends. I no longer fear not being able to hit my target but to be able to stick to the lifestyle after I'm at my target weight.
234.6 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
