Started on 2/3/14, no dairy or meat, morning drinking a kale, spinach, banana and blueberry smoothie. its going very well
159.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.1 lb a week
