Okay so I definitely got off track, stopped recording my food and haven't been exercising. I blame two things; I just got a boyfriend and I pulled off my mom's 60th surprise party after six months of stressing and planning. But now I'm going to try again. Starting tom, since I've already forgotten what I've eaten today lol.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Boyfriends can be the worst sabotage and they don't even know it haha! I gained 20lbs in two and a half years. The biggest thing I learned was never forgo jeans for sweats because their comfy and your only watching a movie at home with him. Before I knew it non of my cloths fit! You can do it! Mind over matter!
