Snow storm hit the South. Been trapped for several days. Ended up eating comfort food. Lucky I maintained my weight and not gain. But today I'm back on track!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
