Its not fair! Even after T.O.M. I gain two pounds. With a cheat days that I still restrained myself on. I havent missed one training session( 45 minutes per session 3X a week) since starting back in January 2014. I dont slack in these sessions and even puah to the point of some pain.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe make a cheat meal instead of cheat day. I try to incorporate the foods I want in to my day, so I never really have a cheat anything. Hopefully that gain is just a little blip and it will go down in a couple of days. Stay hydrated.
