starting new diet and exercise plan. Hopefully this will get me out of the up and down swings in my weight. Dr would like to see me under 200lbs but I want more like 135 lbs. I don't have any pictures on this computer I will need to download them from my phone...
245.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
