Yay! A bit of a result. I was disappointed last week to stay flat but I must be doing something right!

Still doing well on the eating front (apart from last weekend), I did buckle to some chocolate this week though! I need to do some exercise this weekend just to top it off :)

Valentines day tonight...got a steak lined up so fingers crossed that's not too naughty!



187.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You're doing great -1,4 kg in a week is a really good and healthy weight loosing rate! Your hard job in a gym pays back! I bet you looked good in your Valentines' day dress ;) And dark chocolate is no harm really ;)
