Weird morning. Forgot to take my diabetes meds lastnight, morning was always my highest sugar, so woke up tested right away, it was 5.2! and I weigh less! Im semi convinced im still sleeping.
291.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 91.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
