no where close to my weight goal.
but that is only a number.
the internal numbers reflect Health better than 'weight numbers'
low heart rate
low blood pressure
low cholesterol
low sugar.
these paint a clear picture of internal health, and when they are good... you are good.
and weight? well eat whoke foods, excersize and drink plenty of water and the weight...takes care of itself...
216.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
