Spent the day on the road, driving 3 hours away to see an attraction and thought I had planned ahead. Was doing so well past lunch when we lost track of time and our choices for dinner were closed on the way home. Resorted to stopping at a take-away where I got a taco fries/chips. No way of knowing how many calories were in it, but I actually only ate half of the portion so I'm guessing 1000ish. 1lb on this morning which is expected, but hopefully it has more to do with all the walking yesterday than the actual food!
