Coming off my contraceptive was a massive decision. Negative effects on my emotional wellbeing as well as physical were becoming too hard to ignore. After weeks of calorie counting with absolutely no change in weight, one week off my pill and the weight is finally starting to shift! Three kids worth of "baby weight" to work on, and for the first time in a year it seems doable!
