I'm having a difficult time keeping my carbs low. I've binged on cereal products and snack foods. I've decided to return to Induction to get my appetite under control and start losing weight again.
203.5 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
