Looks like I may be leveling off. I tested rye crackers yesterday, but I also was hungry at bedtime, so I ate a half of an apple. I didn't lose or gain anything today, so I don't know if that is because of the late night snack or if I'm reactive to rye crackers. I'll test them again today.
