So this is what a little vacation can do for my weight loss.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m generally more active when I’m traveling the world too. ✈️ 🚶🏼Walking daily way more than I do at home, but my travel gormandizing negates any losses. Congratulations! Time to book another one huh?🤷🏻‍♂️

@jolly my activity is usually the same when I travel I just happen to eat less when on vacation. I seem to make better decisions on vacation and eat according to what I need and less emotional and bored snacking
