Took a few days this last week and sloughed off, wish I hadn't, of course, 'cause now I'm feeling the mistakes. Need to get back into it, and fortunately, with the support of my Healthy & Fit co-losers, I'm back on track.

I knew it was getting lazy that would be my downfall, at least for this week, but like someone posted, I have to realize that this is now a lifestyle and I will have ups and downs and good days and bad. I can't let a few pounds derail my progress so far, so I'm just taking it in stride and moving forward. That's all for now!
237.2 lb Lost so far: 60.1 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
