I thought I should have lost more wt last week. I lost 12 lbs in induction, and have lost 23.8 total. I may need more leafy greens? I don't want to stuff myself, like on the 17th & 18th just to reach 1500 cal and 90-120 protein. I will lean more to the induction phase this coming week, with more greens. I also read that Aleve causes water retention and possible wt loss problems. I sure need it for my knee and hands. I am taking 4 a day!
