still at 220, my original goal, and happy about it. i'd like to reach 215 by March 5th, but anything under 220 is a positive. 207 actually looks like a reachable number now
we'll see when thw motivation to win the contest is off the table...
220.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
