Before you read my comment, I wanted to make sure that you are trying to do Atkins? If you aren't, then my mistake--just disregard this comment. :-) Atkins is an amazing way of life that will make you body incredibly healthy. However, you have to give it your all and do it totally right. Induction is 20 NET carbs per day, not less, with 12-15 of them coming from veggies. (the veggies are NON-negotiable). Total Carbs - Fiber = NET carbs. You have having WAY too little veggies, WAY too many carbs from drinks/processed food. You really really need to clean up your menu if you want to have lifetime success with Atkins. Also, women must eat 1500-1800 calories per day while on Atkins.

You're totally not bugging me! I'd love to help you with your menu. I haven't been in Induction for ages, though, so I don't remember an exact example that I could give you. However, fatsecret is awesome in that you can PREplan your meals for tomorrow! Start with foods you love and add them into your menu, then check out the Acceptable veggie list and add your faves, too. Atkins is definitely a learning curve at first, but you'll have the hang of it really soon.
