We have been at my Mom's(lots of not healthy cooking there) and now on the road. I've actually been doing pretty well since we got stuck in Connecticut. I think I'm going to try planning my meal for the day ahead of time and filling it in ahead of time like I have today with dinner. It gives me a better idea of how much food I have left to eat in the day while staying in my calories. Let's see how well this works.

We will be on the farm soon(please, please, please) and there I'll have a much better time of eating properly. Not sure if I'll have internet access though. I'll just have to start keeping a hand written diary.
