Up one pound -- don't really like it, but not sweating it either. Ended up going over my pts when I went to the movies on Wed. night and really pigged out last weekend, so perhaps it was harder all week. I'm going to try not to over do it on the weekends. Hopefully that will help. Have still been doing the shred and have done level 3 twice this week. Haven't seen much of the treadmill, but will get back at it.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Honestly Mel you should be one of Jillian's back-up girls on her next dvd. I have been doing the shred a bit longer than you, and I have only done level TWO about three times. Just finished doing it now, and I take about 8 million 5 second breaks. When it comes to exercise, I am terrible at pushing myself. I hate feeling out of breath. But you are doing amazing!! Seems like all three of us have been slacking in the healthy eating this week. Oh well - back at it tomorrow!
