I went on a little Vacation for Chinese New Year. I ate poorly but I kept up with my activities and added something active into each of my days. I also happened to get food poisoning. The food poisoning could be the only factor in my losing a pound as I was so badly behaved. I will have to wait until next week. My metabolism is going to take a big hit from not being able to eat or move over the next couple of days.

Thinking this is a good excuse to cleanse. Nothing but fruits, juices and simple things coming my way. Its totally going to screw me up since all of those foods are high sugar high carb and I have been low carb and high fat. Doc said no high fats. Doctors orders I guess.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
