1885 kcal Fat: 119.02g | Prot: 166.70g | Carb: 34.88g.   Breakfast: Low Fat Turkey Bacon, Colby Jack Cheese, Egg Substitute (Liquid). Lunch: Fancy Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Tomatoes, Turkey Sausage. Dinner: Mozzarella Meat Loaf, parm, tomato, cucumber, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other: mixed nuts, Cheddar Cheese, macadamia nuts with sea salt, Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar. more...
