Ate too many atkin bars and process meats this week.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1170 kcal Fat: 79.40g | Prot: 86.80g | Carb: 39.40g.   Breakfast: green onions , Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links, Egg Substitute (Liquid). Lunch: italian garlic and asiago dressing, romaine lettuce, butter salted, cinnamon, baking powder, egg substitute , flax meal. Dinner: cheddar cheese, skinless chicken breast great value, broccoli. Snacks/Other: Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar, macadamia nuts with sea salt. more...
