misChelle__'s Journal, 14 June 2021

I've had family over since last week and am off track. I hadn't weighed in because I knew I had stayed right at 200 n now that's gone up I'm damn near deviated. I'm doing what I can to work out and stay active. I'm NOT eating how I was prior to this. No juice no tea no soda no foofoo coffees no pasta no rice no bread.. ALMOST no red meat. no cookies no candies no chips. I've started working out but am probably walking a little less. It just feels like a little more progress should of been made in 3 months time. I'm trying not to get discouraged but it's heading over 100 this week n our air is out so I'm getting crabby😭🙏

Any tips are definitely welcome!!

Don’t stress it! We all need a break now and again. You got this. Enjoy seeing you comeback with some more mega successes! Muscle weighs more too don’t forget. Some cycling and pool work helps me more than anything.

Slow and steady wins the race! Just try and find your routine and some “me” time. Maybe stretches first thing in the morning or before bed?

You can do this it's all a matter of preparation. Having the right food/snacks in the house to keep you heading in the right direction. Lots of water, fruit, high protein & low fat foods. Not eating after 8pm. If you can implement some or all of these things. I think you would see an immediate impact of how you feel & healthy weight loss.

@Joe8588 thanks so much!! I have been doing most of that but the one thing I have not been good at is eating after 8. I'm gonna try n work that in I bet it'll make a difference.

@tandtr thank you! My son always says the same about the stretches. I'll have to start that too.
