Week #17, 4 months tomorrow since joining FS and recommitting to a healthier lifestyle. If and when the next loss shows up, here’s what was different this past week:
Less bread, rice & pasta Less processed deli meat More protein More green tea and water
Average daily intake was less but I did have to guess on some food entries. Hey, that happens. Still feeling like it was a good week, and the scale will catch up soon.
Got out for a short walk yesterday to a stretch of trail with a pollinator garden.
Hope everyone is having a great Monday. Raining here, but that’s fine. It’s better than the heat a few days ago. Onward!
