Weight loss is slowing down....I really need to clean up the diet. It doesn't help that the weather is rainy and my body begs for hot chocolate and a muffin,Help!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
