IT'S A SLOW PROCESS WITH ME. I LOSS MOTIVATION EASILY. GOING TO FIND A WORKOUT BUDDY AND MAYBE THAT WILL HELP.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
