changed my goal weight to 140, its been more than a decade since I last saw that # on my scale🙄 wish me luck
152.4 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1436 kcal Fat: 62.13g | Prot: 68.04g | Carb: 159.63g.   Breakfast: Becel Light Margarine, Strawberries , Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread , Fried Egg. Lunch: Tea with Milk, Chapman's Frozen Yogurt Bars, Ham and Cheese Sandwich , Habitant Chicken Soup with Egg Noodles. Dinner: Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Plum, Cooked Carrots, Ranch Salad Dressing , Mixed Salad Greens, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled) , Pork Chop. Snacks/Other: Almonds , Skotidakis Skyr Yogurt. more...
