The changes the personal trainer suggested really worked. My biggest weight loss yet and I haven't had the best food week (started with a BBQ Pulled pork sandwich on Monday lunch). Really pleased! Such a relief.

Need to keep up the good work next week and over the weekend!

190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
