Not been doing much exercise but really concentrating on my food intake and it looks like it's true what the say, 70% effort is what you eat and 30% is about exercise. Lost a further 1.5lbs this week.

You lose weight in the kitchen and get firm in the gym! That floats around the WW boards. Though it's true, exercise really does help. But getting the eating down first is very important. So great job!
