Great training and eating week. Looking forward to my 10km walk tomorrow. I just hope it does not rain.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Tjo! 10km walk. The only way I can walk 10km is if you place a platter of braai at the 5km point and a bottle of whisky at the 10km mark. Otherwise, hell no!

Hahaha! It's really not that bad. If you join me I will guarantee both braai AND whisky at the end of the race! Who knows, you might even start running,LOL.
