No change. This is what it is I suppose. I've been feeling rather tired and unenergetic, but that's a remnant of my illness and I have to cope with it.
242.8 lb Lost so far: 94.2 lb.    Still to go: 74.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just keep doing what you are doing... eventually the scale will catch up to you!

It will get better from here. When you lose weight, your body dumps the toxins that were stored in the fat. It can make you feel sluggish.
