Okay, so I've been off the last 3 days... so that will affect this weeks weigh in... but with no weight workout last week, I didn't lose a thing :(

Have to put my head on straight this week.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Just pick back up, it will be ok. Funny but when I take the weekend off as long as I eat right, I see a bit of weight loss monday. Maybe the needs a bit of rest to recover now and then.
