Try to remove the concept of being BAD from your thinking. Eating more than you should or things that are not contributing to your goals doesn’t make you “bad”. You are an adult who got off track and now would like to redouble their efforts and continue on. Motivation wears out. It is habit that makes eating healthier possible for the long haul. You can do this this. Portion control and moderation are king. Healthier eating most of the time and less healthy choices once in a while.

You know this is why this app is so great.
